  • Account: the email, name and photo from your Google or GitHub login, or the email and password you sign up with. Passwords are stored only as a hash.
  • Usage: the tool called, the video ID and title, the key or client used, the time, the result and the IP address. We use them to enforce plan limits, show your history and protect the service. These records are deleted after 180 days.
  • API keys: we never store the key itself, only a fingerprint used to check it. The full key is shown exactly once, when you create it.
  • Files: generated audio and video files are available for 60 minutes and then deleted. Transcript content comes back in the response and is never stored.
  • Payments: your plan, subscription dates and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your card number.
  • Stripe: payments for the Pro plan (card, Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay and, in Brazil, Pix).
  • Brevo: sending login, confirmation, password and billing emails.
  • AI transcription: on the Pro plan, when a video has no captions, its audio is processed by an AI infrastructure provider. Only the video’s audio is sent, never your account data, and we don’t store that audio.
  • Google and GitHub: only if you choose to log in with them.
  • Hosting and network providers: keep the site and the server online and protected, and count site visits in aggregate.

We don’t sell data and we don’t use your data for ads.

We use a session cookie, needed to keep you logged in, and cookies that remember the language and currency you picked. We don’t use tracking cookies.

The site uses an analytics tool to count visits and events such as sign-ups, copying the server address and starting checkout. It uses no cookies, doesn’t identify visitors and only shows us aggregated page and event data. Page addresses are sent without parameters: login tokens and codes never reach analytics.
